Experteer Overview
Strategically lead and expand Genesys' alliance program across Italy and Iberia by partnering with GSIs and key tech ecosystems. You will architect multi-level engagement with sales, delivery, and executives to drive enablement, pipeline, and bookings. Your work shapes co-sell motions and joint solutions that connect Genesys Cloud with AWS, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, enabling regional growth. This role offers cross-functional impact and leadership in a high-growth tech environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Develop and execute a partner strategy and joint business plans per partner (coverage, targets, enablement, marketing calendar)
Drive awareness and enablement through playbooks and enablement paths for partner teams
Orchestrate joint solution narratives (Genesys Cloud + AWS/Salesforce Service Cloud/ServiceNow)
Lead go-to-market and pipeline activities, including vertical campaigns, ABM, events, and co-sell motions
Manage opportunity execution with MEDDICC methodology, coordinate resources, ensure services readiness
Governance activities: quarterly business reviews, pipeline reviews, KPI tracking, MDF budgets, brand/compliance management
Responsabilità
10+ years in alliances/partner sales with GSIs or major ISVs (AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
Proven co-sell and ecosystem GTM experience in SaaS (CX/Contact Center, AI, or Enterprise Apps)
Strong sales discipline (forecasting, deal hygiene) and program management across multiple stakeholders
Fluent English; Italian and/or Spanish (ideally both)
