Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven Process Associate to join our Amazon Seller Services team. This role combines financial operations, data analytics, and seller engagement to maximise seller experience. You will work closely with business stakeholders, channel leads, and program managers to translate business questions into actionable data products.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute complex SQL queries to analyze monthly partner payouts.
- Create and maintain financial dashboards and reports using advanced Excel functions—calculating ad‑hoc requirements and discrepancies, and keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
- Develop cost allocation strategies and implement tagging policies.
- Design and maintain financial reporting systems and dashboards.
- Validate data accuracy across multiple platforms and tools.
- Implement automation solutions for recurring financial processes.
- Document and standardize FinOps processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions.
- Experience managing data pipelines.
- Knowledge of product experimentation (A/B testing).
