As Project Planner for a flagship data centre delivery, you will develop and manage detailed construction programmes across all phases. You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure scheduling aligns with design, construction, and commissioning goals. You drive progress tracking, risk identification, and mitigation to keep projects on programme and within client expectations. This role offers international exposure within a leading contractor, delivering mission‑critical infrastructure at scale. You’ll be at the heart of planning excellence that underpins successful handover and commissioning.

- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed construction programmes across all project phases
- Prepare short‑term and long‑term project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Monitor project progress against key milestones and programme deliverables
- Identify critical path activities, programme risks, and potential delays, implementing mitigation measures where required
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure accurate programme reporting and sequencing
- Support subcontractor coordination and monitor progress against agreed schedules
- Produce regular progress reports, programme updates, and planning analysis for internal and client review
- Assist with recovery planning, delay analysis, and extension of time submissions where necessary
- Attend project meetings and provide planning support to project stakeholders
- Ensure project programmes align with contractual requirements and client expectations
- Support pre‑construction and tender planning activities as required
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, project controls processes, and industry best practice
Responsabilità
- Proven experience as a Project Planner on large‑scale construction or engineering projects
- Previous experience within data centre or mission‑critical environments is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, and planning methodologies
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Experience managing complex project programmes across multiple work packages
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate programme risks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international project teams
- Degree‑qualified or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
