Role Overview
You’ll be the first point of contact for students dreaming of studying abroad. Your job is to turn that dream into a decision — and you’ll do it through sharp sales instincts, genuine relationship‑building, and relentless follow‑through. This is a high‑performance sales role with a clear path to leadership within 1–3 years for those who earn it.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales: Use our internal database to build and sustain a high‑converting, long‑term sales pipeline.
- Excellent Communication: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily to potential students — comfortable being direct and persuasive.
- Team Spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team sales goals with a positive, competitive attitude.
- Relationship Building: Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year.
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with our international sales and campus teams to deliver the best student experience.
Qualifications
- Natural closer — you know how to read people and move conversations forward.
- Fluent in Italian and working fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Full working rights in Europe — no sponsorship required.
- Detail‑oriented with a can‑do attitude — you figure things out without waiting for answers.
- Lived, studied, or worked abroad (a plus).
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Early in your career or pivoting into sales — we value mindset and potential over CV.
