Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage end-to-end procurement processes and oversee supplier relationships to support a manufacturing context. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain, maintain inventory strategies, and contribute to procurement and supply chain planning. You will ensure data accuracy across systems and document processes for smooth operations. This is a chance to drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement in a global, collaborative environment.

End-to-end purchase order management with approved vendors
Build and maintain supplier relationships to support performance and negotiations
Identify and drive supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness initiatives
Collaborate with SCM to manage raw material inventory and replenishment strategies
Contribute to development and implementation of procurement and supply chain strategies
Ensure data accuracy and standardized procurement documentation across systems
Coordinate cross-functionally to align processes and ensure data consistency
Responsabilità
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related operations in manufacturing
Understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data across systems
Experience working cross-functionally in an international environment
Clear and effective communication; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and negotiations
Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain tools is a plus
Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
