Role Overview

Join the Customer Brand Experience department to manage Trade Marketing and in‑store/out‑of‑store animations across retail and wholesale channels. The role ensures the execution of global trade marketing initiatives, aligning with brand positioning, budget targets, and quality standards while driving customer-centric activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and operational execution of global trade marketing formats and animations across retail and wholesale networks.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of trade marketing guidelines and brand standards across markets.
  • Coordinate and supervise external vendors and production agencies, ensuring high‑quality execution.
  • Manage quotation processes, conduct cost benchmarking, and negotiate to ensure budget efficiency and cost control.
  • Oversee timelines, production schedules, and rollout plans to guarantee flawless execution.
  • Supervise installations and dismantling phases when required, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and company standards.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Retail, Wholesale, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Buying, and Regional teams to ensure commercial effectiveness and operational alignment.
  • Support annual budget planning, monitor expenditures, and contribute to reporting and ROI evaluation.
  • Analyse activation performance and provide insights to improve future trade marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of scalable trade‑marketing tools and formats at the global level.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion, Business, or related fields.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Brand Activation, preferably within fashion or luxury environments.
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics and the consumer journey.
  • Proven experience in supplier and production management.
  • Solid budget management and cost‑control capabilities.
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, and project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Aesthetic sensitivity and strong attention to brand image and execution details.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to travel when required.
  • Proactive and autonomous mindset.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Results‑oriented with a strong cost‑efficiency focus.
