In this role you will contribute to the analysis and underwriting of project and infrastructure finance transactions within a global team. You’ll work closely with senior underwriters to gain end-to-end experience, from initial credit analysis to execution and portfolio management. The role blends technical credit work with market-facing collaboration, enabling you to grow in a specialist area of risk underwriting. Assess project finance transactions and prepare credit underwriting memoranda Analyze market, business profile and technical aspects Review cash flow models and scenario analyses Review financing agreements and transaction documentation Execute and support transaction closing Portfolio management tasks: update deal information, analyze portfolio, review industry trends, monitor performance of transactions Contribute to business-related projects on a case-by-case basis Responsabilità

Interest in project and infrastructure finance and understanding of transaction structures Experience or academic exposure to infrastructure sectors (energy, telecom, transport, utilities, or social infrastructure) Familiarity with insurance markets, particularly credit products Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholder engagement Experience in cross-functional or international environments, with adaptability and cultural awareness Requisiti fondamentali
