CCS JV is a leading international company operating in the oil and gas sector, which plays a key role in the current energy transition, it is currently searching an Supply Chain Assistant.Role in details:Support the Supply Chain Manager / Supply Chain Coordinator in daily activitiesCollaborates with the relevant functions monitoring the Supply Chain activitiesResponsible for the correctness of the information and of the report implementationInterface with internal departments (Engineering, Project Control, Finance)Participate in internal meetings and follow up action itemsManagement of LD activitiesRequirements:At least 2 years’ experience in similar rolesAnalytical skills, result oriented and collaborative work styleFluent English requiredStrong coordination skillsProficiency in the use of Office applications, Access is considered a plusWork experience in Oil&Gas construction sites is considered a plusKnowledge of SAP is considered a plusGood knowledge of Office applications .Knowledge of Portuguese is considered a plus.short term fixed-term contractWork location: Hybrid - San Donato Milanese with possibility to work in remote way
