What You’ll Be Doing As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of the company’s growth strategy, identifying new opportunities and building strong partnerships with clients across specialist industries.

Winning new business through proactive sales activity

Identifying and targeting prospective clients within specialist markets

Building relationships with hiring managers and senior decision‑makers

Arranging and attending client meetings, both virtually and face‑to‑face

Negotiating commercial terms and service agreements

Working closely with recruitment consultants to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions

Growing and developing key client accounts

Managing your sales pipeline and CRM effectively

Representing the business at networking events and industry exhibitions

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys building relationships, and has a proven ability to generate new business within a recruitment agency environment.

You’ll ideally have:

Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management within a recruitment agency

A proven track record of winning and growing new business

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

A commercially driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets

Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers

Strong organisational and relationship‑building abilities

Fluent English (essential)

Additional European languages would be an advantage
